Breweries
Our malt is trusted by breweries around the world. From large multinational brewers to mid-sized regional companies and independent craft brewers. While many of these customers receive direct deliveries from our malthouses, we also collaborate with specialised distributors, particularly in the craft segment. In Benelux, for example, Selected Brewing Ingredients plays a key role in serving this community with local service and technical support.
Distilleries
Over the years, we’ve built strong partnerships with a wide range of distilleries; from established global brands to local producers. These customers rely on our Distilling Malt, which is made from carefully selected barley to ensure the clarity, enzymatic strength, and batch-to-batch consistency required in high-end spirit production.
Among our customers are producers of whisky, gin, and specialty spirits across Europe and beyond.
Other Beverage & Food Applications
Our malt is also used in a variety of non-alcoholic beverage and food applications from malt-based soft drinks and energy beverages to diverse food applications or even plant-based innovations.
