Munich malts
Our Munich malts have an excellent aroma profile contributing to the darker specialty beers they are generally used in. They give good foam stability and contributes well to the body of the beer. Dependent on the application one uses a Vienna type which is slightly lower in color, or a Munich type, higher in color with a more distinct malty flavor.
