Pale Ale and Vienna malts
Slightly coloured malts with excellent diastatic power and filterability with a fine aroma. Both malts can be used as a base malt, which means an application up to 100% in the recipe is possible. Malts are being used in specialty beers that require a pale colour such as Blond ale or Triple pale ales. Application is also seen in IPAs or NEPAs. Their fine and distinct malty aroma contributes to the flavour of the beers without over imposing the maltiness.
